Depending on the structure that the customer decides, they all demand different requirements. These vary, but on a high level the following elements are necessary:
- At least one person within the registered entity needs to be a Paraguayan resident (Get residency in Paraguay)
- Legal entity requires a minimum mandatory capital inserted in the business/start up
- Company needs to continuously report Sales and VAT to the Paraguayan authority (Strategica also offers this service for our customers)

- A yearly signed and notarized report of the business to the Paraguayan authorities (Strategica also offers this service for our customers)
